The Block 2020: The winning house is ‘revealed’ in pre-finale leak

The Block SPOILER: Why this very telling clue suggests that one of the luxurious properties will outsell the others at auction this Sunday

Five properties are set to go under the hammer during the season finale of The Block this coming Sunday.

But just days ahead of the auction, a telling clue has emerged that strongly suggests one home in particular will outsell the rest.

Since hitting the market in late September, Harry and Tash’s home at 364 New Street in Brighton, Melbourne, has been the most-viewed online, with 194,129 views and counting.

‘They have utilised that natural light beautifully’: A telling clue has indicated Harry and Tash’s House 1 (pictured) at 364 New Street in Brighton, Victoria, on The Block will outsell the rest, after racking up 194,129 views since hitting the market in late September

Lana Samuels, of Whitefox Real Estate, told Domain the father-daughter team’s home was popular with potential buyers because it’s north-facing and boasts spacious kitchen, dining and living areas.

‘They have utilised that natural light beautifully and kept the colour palette sleek and clean,’ Ms Samuels explained.

‘They’re Melbourne contestants for the Melbourne buyer. They know how we live here.’

Ms Samuels added that the property being at the end of a row of houses gives it another advantage because of the additional parking space from the laneway.

‘If you’ve got kids with a pram or the shopping, you don’t have to run through the rain to get to the house,’ Lana told Domain.

It comes amid rumours The Block is set to introduce the biggest twist ever seen in its 17-year history during the 2021 season.

A source told New Idea the Nine show would not only attempt its biggest renovation yet, but would also feature ‘one hell of a shake-up’ to its format.

The seventeenth season will include house- and partner-swapping gimmicks for the first time, the insider claimed.
