The homes, which are all on a cul-de-sac in the Melbourne suburb of Hampton, are less expensive than those for sale on last year’s season.

Four of the homes are single storey, except for a two-storey home being renovated by Kirsty Lee Akers and Jesse Anderson.

The auction will be held during the show’s final episode, which is slated to air on Sunday, November 7, according to TV Blackbox.
