Mystery buyer snaps up luxury Mornington Peninsula home designed by The Block’s Dan and Dani Reilly worth $3million

A luxury getaway on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula designed by The Block’s ‘Foreman Dan’ Reilly and his wife Dani has been snapped up by an unknown buyer.

Located in Blairgowrie, 103km from Melbourne‘s CBD, the seaside pad went under the hammer for an undisclosed sum after being listed with a price guide of $3million to $3.3million.

Boasting four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the ultra-modern two-storey home was sold to an anonymous buyer after hitting the market in October, reports Nine.

This luxury getaway on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, designed by The Block’s ‘Foreman Dan’ Reilly and his wife Dani, has been snapped up by an unknown buyer 

The former Block contestants, who bought the property five years ago, built the 716sqm house with building design company Bellhaus Design Office.

Set in beautiful bushland next to the beach, the home boasts a light-filled and airy atmosphere.

Features include automated climate control, a plunge pool and expansive living spaces perfect for al fresco dining.

Other highlights include a home office, powder room, and two lounge areas.

Design features include floor-to-ceiling windows, handmade Krause brick walls and a sunken lounge that comes with a Cheminées Philippe slow-combustion fireplace.

Property values in the Blairgowrie area are have surged 111.5 per cent in five years, with a median price of $1.73million for the average home, reports Domain.

Riley first starred on The Block in 2012 as a contestant alongside his now-wife Dani. 

He is now one of the foremen on the show with Keith Schleiger, overseeing the construction work on the building site.

Before being promoted to foreman on season 11, he was an apprentice ‘foreboy’.
