The Voice: 2012 winner Karise Eden doesn’t look like this anymore

The Voice’s first winner doesn’t look like this anymore! Karise Eden, 29, is hardly recognisable with an edgy new look and neck tattoos nine years later

She won the inaugural season of The Voice Australia in 2012.

And these days Karise Eden looks dramatically different compared to her stint on the TV talent competition.

The Gosford singer, 29, has been something of a style chameleon over the years, and recently showcased her neck tattoo on Instagram.

Karise, who is now a mother of two, appears to have dozens of tattoos in addition to the inking on her neck.

In a photo shared to Instagram a few weeks ago, she displayed the heavy metal ‘horn sign’ while wearing a tight black T-shirt.

She announced an upcoming concert in Toowoomba in the caption.

‘Hey Toowoomba! Sat. 28th Aug. I’ll be playing with full band at Cafe Guitar,’ she wrote.

Days earlier she had posted a photo with her baby.

She had announced her pregnancy in September last year, writing on Instagram: ‘Due December 2020.’

She welcomed a son named Blayden in late 2014 during a previous relationship.

In 2019, Karise returned to The Voice with a strikingly different look.

The songstress flaunted her slim figure and new purple-tinged locks as she performed her single Gimme Your Love.

She had released her third album, Born to Fight, featuring the lead single Temporary Lovers, a year earlier.
