Thor star Chris Hemsworth proved he’s his own best advertisement on Monday, as he promoted his exclusive fitness app, Centr.

The 37-year-old shared an incredible video of himself working out and looking absolutely ripped as he urged fans to sign up to Centr’s new program that launches later this month.

While showing off his bulging biceps in the clip, Chris said he’s in the best shape of his life after working hard to shape up for the latest Thor installment, Thor: Love and Thunder.

Chris said that he’s shaped up in recent months while filming Thor in Australia amid the coronavirus pandemic.

‘I’ve had a lot of questions about my prep and training for Thor over the years,’ Chris’ caption read.

‘This time round I I was fortunate enough to have a solid period at home to try a multitude of nutritional and training methods, to build the strongest version of myself and the character yet.’

He added in part of his post: ‘From that I decided to design a fully guided program on how I achieved those results. Eat, train, sleep repeat! With our Centr Power program.’

In the video, Chris looks ripped and shows off his muscles in a white singlet and tracksuit pants.

He can be seen doing a series of weights, medicine ball throws, plyo pushups, and strength training exercises with the likes of his personal trainer, Luke Zocchi.

Chris’ video got more than 5 million views.

It’s not the first time the actor has thrilled fans showing off his ripped physique.

In November, he went shirtless and worked out by flipping a weighted exercise tyre as he promoted Centr.

The app includes at-home training, healthy wholesome recipes using pantry staples, meditations and sleep visualisations.

Chris’ strength and conditioning coach previously revealed how the Thor star maintains his superhero shape year-round last October.

Joseph ‘Da Rulk’ Sakoda told SMARTdaily the actor follows his ‘functional training’ method, that can be done at home or the gym.

He explained that while it takes hard work to achieve and maintain a ripped physique like Chris, the everyday person can also reap benefits from his approach to fitness.

Joseph said the beauty in functional training is that you don’t need weights, just your own body weight.

Chris meanwhile, has just wrapped filming the new Thor Installment, Thor: Love and Thunder.

The film is set to be released early next year.
