Tiffiny Hall does a gruelling workout with just ONE ARM after wrist injury

She’s known for her six-pack abs and her lifelong dedication to health and wellbeing.

And on Thursday, fitness guru Tiffiny Hall did not slow down her regimen despite suffering a wrist injury this week.

Instead, as shown on her Instagram, the 36-year-old modified her workout to focus on her core, lower body and balance work.

Videos taken at the gym saw Tiffiny performing weighted lunges, single Romanian deadlifts, weighted hip thrusts, cable side step squats and crunches, all while sporting an arm sling.

Tiffiny’s comedian husband Ed Kavalee was not surprised by her sheer determination, describing her in a short clip as his ‘weapon wife’.

‘In the gym doing my so-called boxing and you turn around, and even though she’s injured… hashtag weapon wife, she can’t stop,’ he said.

Tiffiny told her followers in the post’s caption that her mindset during recovery is to ‘work within your means, but keep moving forward’.

‘If you can’t run, walk. If you can’t walk, crawl. So for now, I’m hanging up my boxing gloves and setting aside the burpees (my favourite, sad face) for more core, lower body, and balance work,’ she wrote online.

The former Biggest Loser trainer added that she will be incorporating more meditation into her regimen, in order to help her ‘slow down’ and take life’s obstacles in her stride.

Tiffiny has always been honest about her approach to health and wellbeing, and this was particularly evident during an interview with Daily Mail Australia last year.

The mother-of-one admitted that she too suffers from ‘fat days’ on occasion, and could feel off her ‘game’ for days or even weeks.

When asked whether she ever feels sluggish or bloated, Tiffiny told Daily Mail Australia: ‘Absolutely. I have my days, weeks even! Maybe my jeans won’t do up and I’m feeling self-conscious, or I’m bloated and off my game.’

Tiffiny said in order to get herself into a positive mind frame, she reminds herself that ‘it’s not about being shredded or having abs’, but rather ‘overall wellness’.

‘Sometimes a sweet treat or delicious hamburger out with my husband, or swapping out training for a recovery day is necessary for my mental health.’

Tiffiny’s diet often includes a smoothie for breakfast, a grain salad for lunch, homemade bliss balls for a snack, and a curry or steak and vegetables for dinner.
