Evening the score: A day after she ridiculed him for his weight gain, Today host Karl Stefanovic got his revenge on Allison Langdon on Thursday when he mocked her abysmal singing voice
Allison, 42, showed off her notoriously bad voice during a segment about the pop diva offering her fans online singing lessons.
After entertainment reporter Brooke Boney said she may benefit from some professional advice, Allison replied: ‘I don’t even get what you’re suggesting.
‘Why on earth would I need singing lessons?’
Screeching: The 47-year-old cringed when his colleague tried to hit the high notes of Mariah Carey’s 1995 hit single Fantasy
She then gave a mercifully brief demonstration of her pitchy pipes as she screeched: ‘Sweet, sweet fantasy, baby.’
Karl cringed at her tone-deaf rendition, then told viewers: ‘From all of us here at Today, happy Easter.’
His snide remark was no doubt in response to Allison making fun of his recent weight gain on Wednesday’s episode.

He’s gone! It comes after Karl stormed off the Today show live on air on Wednesday
After a one-second pause, she clarified: ‘…or fat! I said all of them! Old or fat!’
But Karl was having none of it, jumping up from the sofa and telling the camera: ‘She’s fat-shaming! She’s fat-shaming again, Australia! I’m going on a diet.’
After storming off and leaving Ally alone to wrap up the show, she said in disbelief: ‘I was paying you a compliment!’
‘I really try. My feelings get hurt!’ The father of four, who isn’t as slender as he used to be, walked off after Allison implied he was ‘fat’
Karl then grabbed Channel Nine publicist Adrian Motte for a private chat behind the scenes, telling him, ‘That’s disgusting, isn’t it?’
Ally defended herself from the couch, saying: ‘I basically called you young, thin and handsome.’
But Karl’s tantrum didn’t stop there, as he shouted: ‘I really try. My feelings get hurt!’

After Karl’s walk-out, a stunned Ally said: ‘He’s so sensitive! I just called him thin, handsome, and young. That’s what I just said.
‘I deal with this every day. Every day is like this!’
Karl was then seen pretending to cry against a wall at the back of the studio, confirming the segment had been a joke.

Sad memories: Depp at times looked to the floor as his sister spoke. He appeared to be deeply moved as his older sister recounted their childhood together
‘Her reaction to that was she was in disbelief and sort of disgust because she said, “Dior, why would Dior want to do business with you? They’re about class and style and you don’t have style.” It was insulting, kind of taking away that one moment. That insult is there.
‘I’ve seen the insults, multiple times actually.’
