Victoria Beckham and daughter Harper, 9, don t-shirts for World AIDS Day

She has been a close friend of the iconic singer for more than 25 years.

And Victoria Beckham and her family showed their support for Elton John’s AIDS Foundation as they donned charity t-shirts on Friday ahead of World AIDS Day on December 1.

Posh, 46, and EJAF have designed the t-shirts, which feature a signed 1974 polaroid print of Elton – with husband David, 45, children Harper, nine, Brooklyn, 21, Romeo, 18, Cruz, 15, and Brooklyn’s fiancee Nicola Peltz, 25, modelling the garments.

Little Harper supported her mum as she  looked adorable in the t-shirt with her hair worn in pretty plaits.

Brooklyn and Nicola put on a typically smitten display in their couple’s snap, with middle children Romeo and Cruz smiling as they supported the good cause.

While David pulled a smouldering pose as he proudly showed off his designer t-shirt in a sunkissed snap.

Last week  Victoria unveiled the t-shirts, in a post which read: ‘So proud to have created a special T-shirt in support of World AIDS Day this year (which is on 1st December), in collaboration with @ejaf and my dear friends @eltonjohn and @davidfurnish.

Going on to share her own and her husband David’s dedication to the cause, she continued: ‘Both myself and @davidbeckham are longtime patrons of the foundation and the work they do is so inspiring.

‘Their goal is to create an AIDS free future for everyone, fighting stigma, educating, funding life-saving treatments and research and providing care for the most vulnerable groups affected by HIV.’

Last year, Victoria marked World AIDS Day with a series of moving posts, revealing she was proud to help raise awareness of the fight towards an AIDS free future as she encouraged everyone to support the cause.

Taking to her Instagram account, she shared a number of pictures from a recent trip as part of her work as a UN AIDS Global Goodwill Ambassador, meeting families from South Africa whose lives have been affected by the disease.

She wrote: ‘It’s been 5 years since I became a #UNAIDS global goodwill ambassador and I’m proud to help raise awareness on the fight towards an AIDS free future.

‘We must unite and use our voices, to join together and discuss the issues around the ongoing battle to eradicate HIV and AIDS. x VB #WorldAIDSDay #ZeroNewInfections #ZeroDiscrimination.’

Victoria also paid tribute to her close friends Elton and David, thanking them for their hard work and the changes Elton John’s Aids Foundation has achieved.

She continued: ‘Today on #WorldAIDSDay, I also look to two of my favourite people @eltonjohn and @davidfurnish and the incredible work that @ejaf does to test, treat and support people living with HIV all over the world.

‘I travelled with @ejaf to South Africa to see how they support mothers living with HIV from passing it onto their children during pregnancy.

‘As a mother of four, I can relate to doing everything that I could to protect my children and @ejaf helps mothers so that their babies are born free of HIV.

‘Their Foundation works in some of the most difficult places but doesn’t discriminate and will help anyone, anywhere at risk or living with HIV. Follow @ejaf to learn more this World AIDS Day. We love u Elton and David xx.’

The official Elton John’s Aids Foundation replied: ‘Thank you for your constant support in the fight to #EndAIDS ♥️ Together we will leave this epidemic in the past. ‘
