Whitney Port flashes her taut tummy while out for lunch after talking adoption in new interview

Whitney Port flashes her taut tummy while grabbing lunch in LA after revealing she’s ‘open’ to adoption following two heart-breaking miscarriages

The always stylish Whitney Port stepped out for lunch at Joan’s on Third on Thursday in a chic midriff-baring ensemble.

The Hills: New Beginnings star, 36, donned a nude button down that was cinched at the waist to reveal her very toned tummy, and a pair of loose fitting blue jeans while out in Studio City.

The sighting comes on the same day that she spoke about being ‘open’ to adoption, but not ‘yet,’ following two miscarriages while trying for another child with husband Tim Rosenman.

The Los Angeles born fashionista looked effortlessly put together in the cropped collared shirt, offsetting her very trim waist with a pair of light washed blue jeans that hung at her hips.

And she carried what looked to be a Bottega Veneta tote bag in a matching nude shade while slipping her feet into a pair of platform loafers that were black and white.

The blonde beauty slicked her hair back into a no-fuss top knot and was seen flashing a soft smile beneath a pair of stylish black sunglasses.

Port walked with a face mask in hand and adorned her frame with a few statement necklaces — one of which read ‘Sonny,’ the name of her three-year-old son.

Mom mode: The Los Angeles born fashionista said she is '100 percent open' to adoption, she also revealed that she hopes that '[baby No. 2] can happen naturally,' before she weighs that option

In conversation with the Moms Like Us podcast on May 20, Port spoke about trying for more children with her producer husband, 44, following ‘two miscarriages within a year.’

‘I had two miscarriages within a year or, like, a year and a half. So we’re trying. But we don’t have any kind of plan more than that right now,’ she told Us Weekly’s Christina Garibaldi and Brianne Manz.

And though she said she is ‘100 percent open’ to adoption, she shared that the pair are ‘not in that process yet,’ as she hopes ‘[baby No. 2] can happen naturally,’ before weighing that option.

‘We’re not in that process yet,’ she said of adoption. ‘We’ll see how it goes. I’m trying to do this new thing where I don’t give answers about something that I don’t know the answer to yet… because then I’m feeling bad about myself [since] I don’t know the answer. So, like, yes, adoption, I’m 100 percent open to it. But I’m not at that point yet.’

In this week’s episode of the hit MTV reboot, she spoke to Audrina Patridge about how the pandemic had afforded her precious time at home with Sonny which she wouldn’t have gotten otherwise.

And in the podcast interview she continued to say that her son is currently at her ‘favorite age,’ as he’s starting to ‘learn boundaries,’ and ‘listen’ more.

‘I feel so lucky that he’s been this age during the [coronavirus] pandemic because he’s able to understand enough to follow the rules and listen to us and wear a mask. … And he doesn’t really throw, like, terrible temper tantrums. He’s starting to learn boundaries and listen to us more,’ the With Whit host confessed.

Opening up: She told Us Weekly's Christina Garibaldi that she had two miscarriages which has made her more open to 'adoption' down the road but she would like to conceive and carry her second child naturally
