Yazmin Oukhellou has revealed she underwent her ‘traumatic’ brazilian bum lift after being subjected to cruel comments online about her body.
The TOWIE star, 26, flew to Turkey to have the procedure done and admitted she didn’t do as much research as she should have had before going under the knife.
Telling new! magazine how she now feels better about herself in a swimsuit, Yazmin shared a sizzling bikini snap to Instagram on Tuesday as she continues her Dubai ‘work trip’ with boyfriend James Lock.
Under the knife: Yazmin Oukhellou has revealed she underwent her ‘traumatic’ brazilian bum lift after being subjected to cruel comments online about her body
Yazmin said of her surgery: ‘It’s quite traumatic. I really don’t want people thinking I’m promoting it to young girls… It’s not something I’m encouraging people to go out and get, but it’s made me feel a lot better in a swimsuit.’
The reality star, who previously had a breast augmentation and a nose job, told how she doesn’t think she would have had the bum lift if she wasn’t in the public eye.
She said: ‘If I wasn’t in this industry, I don’t know if I’d have got it done. It is hard. I make out the comments don’t bother me, but they do.
‘Sometimes if I would wear certain things I’d get comments like, “is she having a baby?” and, “someone’s put on the pounds!” When I first started TOWIE, the abuse I was getting for my nose was awful. So I got a nose job!’

Yazmin added that James told her she did not need to go under the knife but can see how it has improved her confidence.
The star kept her plans to get the procedure quiet, only telling her mother she was having surgery after it was already booked so she couldn’t talk her out of it.
Yazmin, who said she suffers from low self-esteem, has realised she needs to fix herself ‘within’, rather than having more surgeries.
The brunette added that she feels a lot of pressure to look good while in the limelight, saying there is a lot of competition in the industry.

Yazmin also admitted she would love to be the UK’s Kim Kardashian but insisted she won’t get a bum ‘as big as hers’.
The TV star said she doesn’t have any concerns about the aftermath of the surgery except for that her skin will stretch when she becomes pregnant in the future.
Yazmin added that she and James want to start trying for a baby in the next few years and already have names picked out, both beginning with L.
Yazmin also hit back at critics of influencers travelling to Dubai amid the coronavirus pandemic, insisting she is there for work.

It was recently revealed new rules will require international travellers to come back negative after a PCR test before arriving in England.
From 4am on January 15, passengers arriving by boat, train or plane – including UK nationals – have to take a test up to 72 hours before leaving the country.
They will need to present proof of a negative test result – using a PCR test or on some occasions a LAMP or lateral flow test – to their carrier on boarding while the UK Border Force will conduct spot checks on arrivals.
New arrivals who flout the rules will face a minimum £500 fine, while the operator who transported them will also be fined.
Passengers will still have to quarantine for 10 days regardless of their test results, transport minister Robert Courts said in a statement.
