Xhaka speaks out on criticism

Granit Xhaka has spoken out on the recent criticism of him after his red card against Liverpool last week.

The Swiss picked up his fifth sending off for taking down Diogo Jota and and preventing a clear goalscoring opportunity

But fighting back at critics, Xhaka told Sky Sports: “Why didn’t you stop him?’ Now, I stop him, they say, ‘Why do you get the red card?’”
