Torreira backed for great future
Lucas Torreira is a “great player” who has an Arsenal future despite being loaned out according to Gilberto Silva.

“But Torreira definitely has quality. He’s a great player.”
Gunners slammed for Giroud transfer error
Arsenal have been slammed by Joe Cole for allowing Olivier Giroud to leave for London rivals Chelsea.
The Frenchman went from the north of the capital to the west in January 2018 after more than five years at the Emirates.
He scored four in Chelsea’s Champions League win on Wednesday and the former Blues has questioned the Emirates hierarchy.
Cole told Coral: “The whole structure at Arsenal at the moment is completely wrong. Whoever allowed Giroud the chance to leave to go to Chelsea is unbelievable.
“The problem lies above Arteta. It easier for them people to say, we are doing the right thing. Let’s get rid of Arteta and bring a new manager in.
“When was the last time Arsenal signed a bulk of players that everyone said, that makes sense?
