The impressive Allegiant Stadium hosted the friendly clash which saw the Blues lead through Timo Werner in the second-half.
Reece James put through his own net to level the scores before Mason Mount popped up to deliver the winner with a fine strike from outside the box on 82 minutes.
On the goal, Mount said: “I don’t know if it was top bins but it was close. When I hit the ball and looked up, I was obviously very happy that it went in.
“We got the second goal and we got the win but the most important thing today was really working at our off the ball stuff, our physical ability to run, and I thought we did that.”
Chelsea now head to North Carolina for a clash with Charlotte on Wednesday night before a Florida Cup final game with Arsenal rounds off their Stateside adventure.
