Burnley vs Liverpool: Kick-off time, TV and live stream details

Burnley welcome top-four chasers Liverpool to Turf Moor on Wednesday evening in the Premier League.

Jurgen Klopp and co come into this encounter knowing two wins from their final two games would effectively guarantee Champions League football at Anfield next season.

This is due to fourth-placed Chelsea and third-place occupants Leicester City playing each other on Tuesday evening.

Meanwhile, Sean Dyche’s team are looking to finish with a flourish as they prepare for a sixth consecutive season in the top tier.

As has been the case for the majority of the campaign, the Redmen will have to deal with a host of key absentees.

The latest on the treatment table is Diogo Jota, who will miss the remainder of the campaign along with Ozan Kabak.

However, midfielders James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could be back in contention for this one.

For the Clarets, goalkeeper Nick Pope is a doubt as is winger Robbie Brady.

Wednesday’s clash will be shown on Sky Sports.

What form are the teams in?

Liverpool needed a stupendous late winner from goalkeeper Alisson to rescue three points at West Bromwich Albion on Sunday, meaning their European destiny is in their own hands.

The victory stretched their winning streak to three games and they’ll now be targeting two more to seal fourth or even third place.
Burnley have been in indifferent form in their last four outings, coming away with two wins and two losses.

Saturday’s 4-0 hammering at home to Leeds will have been bruising, but Dyche and co can take confidence from their past two clashes on Merseyside.

Last July’s draw and this January’s win were showcases of what the Clarets can do, frustrating the Redmen, who need the points more than ever this week.
