The French defender has attracted interest from Ligue 1 side Nice this month and is out of contract at the end of the season.
Given his hefty wages of more than £100,000-a-week, Palace would be keen to see the former Liverpool man move on, but Hodgson says he is happy to keep his current squad together and will not push anyone out.
Hodgson said: “We are happy to keep all the players, we’re not trying to push anyone out.
“But we have a squad of 25 and players with time running out might be looking elsewhere.”
“We don’t know yet about the injury,” said Hodgson. “He felt a strain in his left thigh, but the extent of it we won’t know, probably have to wait until the beginning of next week.”
