Dustin Poirier’s wife’s post-fight gesture to Conor McGregor caught on camera

Dustin Poirier’s wife Jolie was spotted giving Conor McGregor the middle finger after the pair’s trilogy bout at UFC 264.

The long-time rivals fought for a third time on Saturday night, with Poirier coming out on top due to a doctor’s stoppage when McGregor broke his leg stepping back from a punch.

And the Irishman was vicious in his post-fight remarks when speaking with Joe Rogan in the octagon, reiterating his claim that Mrs Poirier had tried to send him a private message recently.

“Your wife is in my DMs, hey baby,” he jeered as Poirier was making his way back to the dressing rooms.

“Hit me back up I’ll chat to you later on, I’ll be at the after party at the Wynn night club. You look in bits you little h**!”

And Jolie was seen making a crude gesture in response to McGregor’s comments which came hot on the heels of a string of insults during fight week.

McGregor also insisted that the rivalry between he and Poirier was far from finished, adding that he felt he was winning the fight until his freak injury.

“I was boxing the ears off him, kicking the legs off him, usual s**** he dived to close the distance,” McGregor said of the fight.

“This is not over! If I have to take this outside with him it’s on outside I don’t give a b*******.”

And Poirier seemed receptive to the prospect of a street fight with the Irishman, responding at the press conference by saying they will have to fight again.

“We are going to fight again whether it’s in the octagon or the sidewalk,” Poirier told reporters at the post-fight press conference.

“You don’t say the things he said. … He was saying he was going to kill me; you don’t say stuff like that.”

Asked if he felt that he would have won the fight without McGregor’s injury, Poirier was keen to stress that he feels he was the dominant athlete.

“It sucks because I would have beat the guy if his leg would have held up,” he added.

“I’m not sure yet, I need to digest it all… I won and I think it’s because of something that I did.”

And while Poirier’s next fight will be a world title bout with current champion Charles Oliveira, UFC boss Dana White has said that he will look to pursue a fourth bout between the pair once McGregor has recovered from his surgery.

“The fight didn’t get finished,” White told reporters. “You can’t have a fight finish that way.

“We’ll see how this whole thing plays out. Who knows how long Conor’s out, so Poirier will do his thing until Conor’s ready.

“You can’t do the hypotheticals in this sport. It’s all about timing, what’s going on, what’s happens since then. Conor goes into surgery tomorrow. We don’t know long how he’s going to be out. How much his rehab and therapy he’s going to need.”
