After nine games for most teams, Spurs are top of the league table, level on points with champions Liverpool, two clear of Chelsea and eight ahead of City.
On Sunday, Chelsea host Tottenham at Stamford Bridge, in what will be a clash between Gallas’ two old teams.
Liverpool and City remain the bookies’ favourites to battle for the title but Gallas believes the race will come down to Chelsea and Tottenham while dismissing Arsenal’s hopes of a challenge.
“This result confirms what I said a few weeks ago,” Gallas wrote on Instagram.
“It’s a London team which will win the Premier League this year.
