Four German players skipped training on Monday due to injury concerns, with Thomas Muller a doubt.
Mueller suffered a knee problem towards the end of the win over Portugal as he attempted to clear a ball.
Defenders Mats Hummels and Lukas Halstenberg and midfielder Ilkay Gundogan were also missing from training at their Herzogenaurach base north of Munich.
Hummels was nursing a knee inflammation while Gundogan and Halstenberg had muscle injuries.
