Kane surpassed Jimmy Greaves to reach the landmark with the opener in Sunday’s match at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The 29-year-old put Spurs in front after 15 minutes when Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg intercepted a loose pass just outside the box and squared it for him to slot into the bottom corner.
Kane has also become the third player to score 200 Premier League goals, after Alan Shearer and Wayne Rooney.
He made his Spurs debut in 2011 and his 267 goals have come in 416 appearances for the club.
Greaves scored 266 goals in 379 games for Tottenham between 1961 and 1970. He actually netted 268 times for Spurs but two goals against Ipswich in the 1962 Charity Shield have not been included in Tottenham’s record books.
They remain on the English National Football Archive database but Spurs do not recognise the Charity Shield, now known as the Community Shield, as a competitive fixture
Kane has scored now scored 19 goals in 31 games for Spurs this season.
