Teenagers Nile John and Dane Scarlett may have to settle for a spot on the bench after starting in Portugal.
With Joe Rodon and Cameron Carter-Vickers injured, Ben Davies could deputise at centre-half.
Asked if he would make wholesale changes again, Nuno said: “It is not to do with the result of the first leg, it’s to do with a lot of things we have to understand, [like] the travelling.
“This week is totally different, we are all together, which allows us t make different decisions because it is different circumstances, basically. It is a must-win game. It is the second leg and we have to decide.”
“Joe is not fit for tomorrow,” Nuno added of Rodon. “He is better, he’s much, much better but he is not going to join us tomorrow, no.”
Serge Aurier and Tanguy Ndombele are ineligible while Moussa Sissoko may not feature after sitting out the first leg.
