The England striker was forced off during the midweek defeat to PSG with what looked like an aggregation of the shoulder injury which saw his international involvement curtailed last month.
“Marcus has been training this morning, not fully, but he’s joined in with the group,” Solskjaer told reporters on Friday.
“His shoulder stopped him finishing the game against PSG but he’s getting treatment and hopefully he’ll be part of the squad that travels.”
If Rashford is unavailable, Mason Greenwood could come into the side, with Edinson Cavani likely to lead the line after his terrific display in last weekend’s win over Southampton.
David de Gea was forced off at half-time in that game with a knock but returned to face PSG and should start.
