Only Angelo Ogbonna (knee) is expected to be absent at the Etihad Stadium with the squad coming through the Europa League win at Rapid Vienna unscathed.
Much of Moyes’ favoured lineup were rested for the Austria trip, including Michail Antonio and Lukasz Fabianski, who were allowed to remain in England. And the manager provided a positive fitness update post-match.
“We seem okay having come back from Vienna last night,” said Moyes on Friday. “Obviously we’ll assess things, train and see how the players come through it. At the moment we think everyone is okay.
“We did manage to rest a few and I hope it helps, but we always wanted to use the whole squad and we have done throughout the tournament so far.
“It’s worked really well and the players who have played have done a great job – the results we’ve had and the performances have been excellent.”
West Ham predicted XI: Fabianski; Johnson, Dawson, Zouma, Cresswell; Rice, Soucek; Bowen, Fornals, Benrahma; Antonio.
