The Hammers finished above Spurs last season and were unbeaten in both London derbies, earning a point in a thrilling 3-3 draw before winning 2-1 at home.
The one lingering concern for David Moyes will be that their two defeats so far this season, at home to Manchester United and Brentford, have both followed Europa League nights and seen the Hammers concede late.
Moyes will be hoping that, while his counterpart in the Spurs dugout was able to leave his entire starting XI at home while a second-string team travelled for Europa Conference League duty, his side have enough in the tank to claim another famous derby win.
Michail Antonio was rested altogether for the win over Genk on Thursday and will surely return here, though Vladimir Coufal is unlikely to feature as he recovers from a groin injury.
West Ham predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Fabianski; Johnson, Ogbonna, Zouma, Cresswell; Rice, Soucek; Bowen, Benrahma, Fornals; Antonio
