How we predict Man City to line-up against Crystal Palace

The striker was due to return last week, for City’s win over Birmingham in the FA Cup, but was forced into self-isolation after coming into contact with a COVID-positive individual.

Aguero sat out both the Birmingham game as the win over Brighton, and his period of self-isolation will also cover the visit of Palace.

Gabriel Jesus started on the bench for the 1-0 win at Brighton and should come into the line-up, while Raheem Sterling will also be pushing for a start. Fit-again Ferran Torres is another option, while Riyad Mahrez started on Wednesday.

Phil Foden is looking to make it three goalscoring appearances on the trot after matchwinning displays against both Chelsea and Brighton.

Further back, Aymeric Laporte and Nathan Ake are doubts as they work their way back to fitness. Benjamin Mendy will hope to get a look in after Oleksandr Zinchenko face Brighton.
