Reds expressing interest in De Ligt
Liverpool are advancing their preparations for next season as Jurgen Klopp’s side aim to continue dominating in English football and Europe, and are now reportedly interested in signing Juventus defender Matthijs De Ligt in order to help them with that ambition.
The Dutch centre-back has been one of the standout performers within his position for a number of seasons now and although the Reds are already well stacked in that area, they appear to remain keen on bolstering their options nonetheless.
According to Italian news outlet Calciomercato, via TEAMtalk , the Reds are “thinking about” making a move to bring De Ligt to Anfield this summer, where he would most likely come in for Joe Gomez, who continues to be linked with a move away from the club.

Liverpool ‘linked’ with Otavio
With Divock Origi set to leave Anfield this summer, Liverpool are on the hunt for a new striker to replace the departing Belgian, and the latest reports are suggesting that the Reds are interested in signing Porto’s Otavio.
The Portuguese forward, who can also play as an attacking midfielder, has just five goals in all competitions this season but would not necessarily be brought in to be a guaranteed starter on Merseyside, although Liverpool will have to stump up his £50m release clause.
But according to Portuguese news outlet A Bola, via Sport Witness , the Reds have placed the player on their transfer shortlist and are keen to bring him to Anfield this summer, having already been linked with him last year.

Reds ‘set sights’ on Bremer
Liverpool are the latest to join the long list of clubs who are looking to buy Turino defender Gleison Bremer this summer, despite having the likes of Virgil Van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate, Joel Matip and Joe Gomez in their ranks within the centre-back position.
According to Italian news outlet Torino Granata, the Reds have “set their sights” on signing Bremer when the transfer window opens. The Serie A club have valued him from £21m-£25m following an exceptional season in the heart of their defence.
The Brazilian has already attracted interest from fellow Premier League sides, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, while he is also wanted by other top clubs in Europe such as Inter Milan, AC Milan, Napoli and Bayern Munich.
