Coutinho clause denied
Coutinho left Merseyside in January 2018 for £142m having pushed for a move to the Nou Camp but has since struggled to make himself a regular starter at with the Spanish giants.
He was loaned out to Bayern Munich two years ago and Barcelona are willing to cash in, but are yet to find a buyer.
But club sources have denied the existence of a clause in the 29-year-old’s contract which would see £20m paid to the Reds if the Brazilian makes it to a century of matches, reports Mundo Deportivo.
Sanches in possible Juve switch
Renato Sanches has been offered to Juventus, according to Sport Mediaset.
The Lille midfield has been able to revive his career in France and was able to showcase his quality with Portugal at Euro 2020.
Liverpool are on the look out for a new midfielder and have been linked with the former Benfica man.
However it looks as if a switch from Ligue 1 to Serie A could be on the cards as new Juventus boss Max Allegri looks to bolster his ranks.
Arsenal have also been linked with Sanches, who endured a difficult and forgettable loan spell at Swansea back in 2017.
Reds agreed deal for highly-rated Clark
Liverpool have agreed a fee for the highly-rated Newcastle teenager Bobby Clark, according to the Evening Chronicle.
The 16-year-old midfielder set to join the under-18s at Anfield.
The Reds are looking to add homegrown talent to bolster their academy ranks, as they are no longer allowed to sign overseas players under the age of 18.
A deal between the two Premier League sides is due to be confirmed in “due course.”
The teenager is the son of Lee Clark, the former Newcastle and Fulham player.
