Usain Bolt’s gf’s Fathers Day Tribute Ahead Of Twins Announcement

Usain Bolt took to social media to welcome Cristiano Ronaldo back to Manchester United after the iconic forward’s shock return was announced on Friday.

The Jamaican is famously a huge fan of the club and has been seen attending games at Old Trafford in the past.

On Friday, Ronaldo sensationally re-signed for the team he joined in 2003 and left in 2009 to join Real Madrid, where he won four Champions League titles.

On Thursday, Manchester City appeared to be the favourites for the former Juventus and Real Madrid player, but a huge swing happened when the Portuguese captain heard of United’s interest – and rejected City in favour of a return to the Theatre of Dreams.

Bolt took to Twitter to herald Ronaldo’s decision to return to United

Bolt took to Twitter to express his delight at Ronaldo’s return, posting a photo of the two shaking hands with the caption: “It’s only a right.”

One particular reason Bolt will be so pleased about the news is that he fell in love with United because of another goalscoring great.

The eight-time Olympic gold medallist revealed that Ruud van Nistelrooy was the reason he began supporting United.

“Ruud was the one who made me start supporting Manchester United,” Bolt admitted. “Just watching him play, a striker at the level he was, playing for United.

“It was like ‘this guy is one of the best’, you know what I mean, and, for me, he is why I started watching Manchester United. I never turned back and I’ve just seen great players after great players coming to United and doing a great job.”

It wasn’t just Ronaldo who did a U-turn on Friday, as United supporters were forced to regret their words from the day prior when the striker was heavily linked with City.

Videos emerged online showing fans going so far as to burning their old Ronaldo shirts.

Andy Murray took to Twitter to point out the hypocrisy after Ronaldo’s return was confirmed.

“All the Man United fans that were absolutely abusing Ronaldo yesterday appear to have lost their voices today… Funny old game,” the three-time Grand Slam champion wrote.

In his first spell at the club, Ronaldo scored 118 times in 292 appearances and won the 2008 edition of the Champions League.
