The fixtures are coming thick and fast for the Reds as with every side in the top-flight and beyond, though they are managing to steer clear of major injury trouble as things stand.
Scott McTominay was initially considered a possible doubt for the visit of Southampton to Old Trafford – where United will look to bounce back after two games without a win that has seen them fall three points behind leaders and rivals Manchester City, who have a game in hand – after struggling badly during the first half of Saturday’s goalless draw at Arsenal.
The Scottish midfielder appeared to be suffering from stomach issues after starting the game at Emirates Stadium and battled on until around eight minutes before half-time, when he was replaced by Anthony Martial.
That appears to be the case, with Solskjaer telling reporters on Monday: “Well apart from the wear and tear and, as you say, the quick turnaround, everyone should be available.
“They’re not injured anyway. It’s just a matter of energy levels and seeing how they feel tomorrow. There are no new, fresh injuries anyway.”
Phil Jones remains United’s only absentee, though Solskjaer confirmed the defender would be reintegrated into his Premier League squad as he battles to return from a long-term knee injury that required an operation last summer.
