Paul Pogba could rejoin Juventus as he looks to complete a Manchester United exit in 2021.
That’s the view of the midfielder’s agent Mino Raiola, who has reaffirmed his client’s desire to leave Old Trafford next year.
After a difficult start to the season, Pogba returned to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s line-up at West Ham, taking a prominent role in the 3-1 win.
However, just hours after his stunning goal at the London Stadium, his future has once again been thrown into doubt with Raiola claiming he wishes to leave the club.
Pogba has less than two years remaining on his deal, but in a revealing interview with Tuttosport, the super-agent suggested his client would not be extending beyond his current arrangement.
“There’s no point beating about the bush. It’s better to speak out clearly, look forward and avoid wasting time to find culprits,” Raiola said on Monday.
“Paul is unhappy at Man Utd, he can’t manage to express himself like he wants to and like people expect him to.
“He needs to change team, he needs a change of scenery. He has a contract that will expire in a year and a half, in the summer of 2022, but the best solution for all parties is a transfer in the next (summer) window.
“Otherwise the Old Trafford club, which I have a great relationship with, knows well that they would risk losing him on a free transfer, given that at the moment it’s not the player’s intention to extend the contract.
“If anybody can’t understand this, then they know little or nothing about football. Anyway, they’re free to direct all the blame to myself if Paul were to leave next summer.”
United re-signed Pogba in 2016, bringing him back from Italian giants Juventus in a deal worth £89million. And Raiola has claimed he could go back to Turin, with the player’s relationship with the club still “excellent”.

Raiola added: “Maybe Juventus could be Pogba’s next club… why not? The relationship between Paul, Juventus and former teammates is excellent.
“But with the Covid impact, many clubs can’t sign him. For sure, it’s time to leave Manchester United”
The Frenchman has been pictured as part of United’s travelling party to Germany for their pivotal Champions League clash with RB Leipzig.
Solskjaer’s men must avoid defeat in order to secure progression to the knockout stages and Pogba is believed to be in contention to start.
