Premier League LIVE! Burnley vs Fulham, Everton vs Man City

While the Champions League last-16 continues on Wednesday night, there is also English top-flight action to focus on with two more matches during this most hectic of seasons.

We begin at Turf Moor, where relegation battlers Fulham will look to build on their 2-0 win over Everton last time out and further reduce the gap to safety which now stands at seven points with 15 matches still to play this term.

They face a Burnley side that sit eight points and two places ahead of the visitors after a morale-boosting 3-0 victory over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday.

The main event of the evening comes at Goodison Park, where dominant Manchester City will be gunning for a record-extending 17th successive win across all competitions against Everton.

City now sit seven points clear at the summit, though Everton have Merseyside rivals Liverpool in their sights as they look to move level with the top six following that blip against Fulham.

18 mins: Matt Lowton seems to want Decordova-Reid booked after the Fulham forward stops Burnley from taking a quick free-kick deep inside their own half that could have set up a counter-attack.

Just a warning from referee Moss.

A few moments earlier, there was a superb recovery challenge from Tarkowski on Loftus-Cheek to stop Fulham in their tracks.

15 mins: The first yellow card of the evening is shown to Fulham’s Chelsea loanee Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who slides in two-footed and leaves Taylor in a heap.

That was a really poor challenge – can he count himself lucky that wasn’t red? No involvement from VAR…

12 mins: Signs of life from Fulham as Ademola Lookman has a little run and the visitors then force a corner, which is met by the head of Tosin Adarabioyo.

The ball deflects off Long and is just about dealt with by Pope, who looked a tad uncertain there.

10 mins: Ashley Barnes loops a header wide as the offside flag is raised, while at the other end Bobby Decordova-Reid goes down under pressure from two Burnley defenders near the byline.

VAR takes a look, but there’s no penalty. It looks like Kevin Long – starting in place of Ben Mee tonight – may have picked up an early knock for Burnley…

8 mins: It’s been a dominant start from the Clarets, but they are yet to fashion any goalscoring opportunities during this opening 10 minutes.

Taylor’s powerful left-wing cross is headed clear.

6 mins: Burnley in the driving seat just at the moment as Dwight McNeil drives to the left byline and delivers a cross that is hacked away after being headed down by Gudmundsson.

Gudmundsson’s overhit ball is then kept in play by Jay Rodriguez, but Fulham clear comfortably.

4 mins: Fulham look a little lax at the back as Ola Aina tussles with Gudmundsson inside the box.

The Icelandic international asks the question of a potential penalty, but referee Jon Moss is unmoved.

2 mins: A quiet opening as both teams suss each other out, with home goalkeeper Nick Pope coming some way out of his area to make a booming early clearance.

We are off and running at Turf Moor.

Can Fulham take another step closer to reeling in their relegation rivals?

Here come the teams in Lancashire.
