The Brazilian left Barca four years ago this summer but was denied a reunion last month after suffering a groin injury ahead of the first leg. He has only recently returned to full training and has not recovered in time to be involved in the second leg of their round-of-16 tie in Paris.
Angel Di Maria and right-back Alessandro Florenzi have also returned from injury, leaving just Moise Kean (coronavirus) and Juan Bernat (ACL) as absentees.
Barcelona have it all to do and Ronald Koeman is expected to continue with his 3-4-1-2 experiment, which has worked in recent weeks.
Jordi Alba’s potential absence – the left-back landed awkwardly on his arm against Osasuna – could see the only change from the weekend win, with Junior Firpo primed to step up.
Elsewhere, Gerard Pique, Ansu Fati, Philippe Coutinho and Sergi Roberto are all out. Ronald Araujo could return.
