Pulisic has had a difficult season with injury and he has so far made just eight appearances in all competitions.
The American appeared to suffer another setback last weekend when he was reported to have picked up a hamstring problem after replacing the injured Hakim Ziyech early in the win over Leeds.
“Hakim Ziyech and Callum [Hudson-Odoi] are out for around a couple of weeks,” said Lampard.
“Christian Pulisic has had a tiny bit of awareness off the back of the Leeds game with one of his hamstrings.
“But he is training normally, so we should be as we were.”
Chelsea’s trip to Everton is the start of a busy period for the Blues, which will see them play four games in two weeks.
Their run includes two London derbies, against West Ham and Arsenal, and Lampard has told his players they cannot take their foot off the gas.
“It was very good for us to win our group in the Champions League and get a real confidence boost, and put that away until that starts again in the new year,” said Lampard.
“[We can now] focus on what is a busy schedule. If you look at our next four games – Everton, we go to Wolves, we have West Ham, Arsenal on Boxing Day.
“You can see how challenging that is in a short space of time. They are all really strong teams.
“It is important to focus, it is important for the squad to understand that this Premier League is so tough, so unforgiving, that if we drop our standards we won’t be where we won’t to be.”
