Which medals are up for grabs?

Track cycling (women’s C1-3 3,000m individual pursuit, C4 3,000m individual pursuit, C5 3,000m individual pursuit, men’s B 4,000m individual pursuit)

Swimming (men’s S9 400m freestyle, S1 100m backstroke, S2 100m backstroke, S14 100m butterfly, SB3 50m breaststroke, S10 50m freestyle, S13 100m butterfly, S5 200m freestyle, S8 100m freestyle; women’s S9 400m freestyle, S2 100m backstroke, S14 100m butterfly, S6 50m freestyle, S10 50m freestyle, S13 100m butterfly, S5 200m freestyle)

How to watch Day 1

TV channel: Channel 4 will be broadcasting the best of the action live for free on terrestrial TV, with more than 1,300 hours of coverage across the Games on both its main channel and More4.

1am-5am: Wheelchair basketball

1am-6am: Wheelchair fencing

2am-7.25am: Track cycling

3.30am-7.45am: Wheelchair Rugby

6.45am-9.45am: Wheelchair basketball

7.30am-12.15pm: Wheelchair fencing

9.30am-1.45pm: Wheelchair rugby

12.30pm-2.15pm: Wheelchair basketball
