6. Man United 1-6 Tottenham

Spurs ran riot at Old Trafford

October saw a moment that Tottenham supporters will never forget, as they travelled to Old Trafford and inflicted a six goal humiliation on the Red Devils.

In what was Spurs’ biggest win over United since 1932, with Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min bagging two goals a piece, United were left floored by an emphatic Spurs victory. The then 16th place United were left licking their wounds.

5. Aston Villa 7-2 Liverpool

Phil Foden has had the breakout season of all breakout seasons, Guardiola putting his faith in the Stockport Iniesta.

No moment sums up his most glorious season more than his clinical display at Anfield in February, leading the way for City to claim their first victory at Anfield since 2003.

His meteoric rise to stardom at just 20 years of age leaves both Manchester City and England in a very exciting position.

3. Fan protests that ended Super League

It was a moment every fan of the big six wants to forget – the attempted European Super League.

However, the fan protests at the decision were something to behold.

In a defining moment for the big six clubs, their fans turned on them and catalysed some clubs into action, changing the fortunes of the English football pyramid.

Nobody can forget the pictures of Chelsea fans celebrating as the news slowly worked around the crowd that the ESL was over. A victory for ‘legacy’ fans if there ever were one.

2. Alisson’s last minute header

The dying seconds of a match, it is West Brom 1-1 Liverpool, and the Reds need a victory to keep their hopes of a top-four spot alive when a corner is awarded.

What do you think will happen? Whatever you thought it would be, it probably wasn’t the Alisson Becker header that sealed Liverpool’s win.

A glorious moment for all Liverpool fans, made even sweeter by his post-match tearful reaction.

Our moment of the season is….
