The 30-year-old looks likely to leave Serie A this summer after falling out of favour in Turin.
Ramsey has struggled to adapt to his surroundings at Juventus and started only 13 league matches last campaign as the Italian giants scraped a disappointing fourth-placed league finish on the final day.
His spell at the club could soon be over, however, as Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that Juventus are keen to get the £250,000-a-week player of their wage bill.
It’s understood that the Serie A side are demanding £8.5million for the services of Ramsey and Spurs have now emerged as a potential destination.
The Welshman had been linked with a return to Arsenal in recent weeks, but Tottenham’s new managing director of football Fabio Paratici is eyeing up a reunion with Ramsey.
Paratici was the man behind Ramsey’s initial move to Juventus in 2019 and now hopes to play his part in bringing him back to north London.
Should this happen, it’s unlikely Arsenal supporters will be supportive of this transfer.
Ramsey was a fan-favourite at the Emirates over a number of years, having scored winning goals in two separate FA Cup finals for the club.

Addressing the challenges he has faced in Italy in the last two years when speaking ahead of Euro 2020, Ramsey remarked: “It has been a quite challenging time over the past couple of seasons.
“There have been many factors and changes that I haven’t been used to.
“In the end, now I have got my own team around me who are focused on me, to get myself into the best possible shape.
“Football is a team sport and a lot of the time it is about the team and everybody doing the same things when maybe some players need a bit more attention.
“So I take it into my own hands and have the right people around me to try to come up with the best possible plan to get myself back into a place where I am feeling good and confident again.”
