Morgan came off the bench for the final 20 minutes to play for the first time in more than a year in the 1-1 WSL draw with Reading at The Hive.
The USA superstar and two-time World Cup winner joined the club six weeks ago but is still working her way back to fitness following the birth of her six-month-old daughter, Charlie, who was watching from the stands in full Spurs kit.
“I felt like there were definitely a lot more sprints than in training,” Morgan said afterwards. “I’ll get used to it pretty quickly.
“I think my fitness, it’s getting back there, it’s just going to take a little bit of time – obviously with a matter of changing direction, sprints and everything, I’ve just got to get minutes to get game fit.”
Tottenham have yet to win a game in the WSL so far this season, collecting just two points from their opening six matches.
They travel to face bottom club Bristol City next weekend.
