Lukaku arrives in Milan to complete Inter return
One player definitely on his way out of Chelsea, bar any late hiccups, is Romelu Lukaku.
The Blues’ club-record signing landed in Milan early this morning to undergo a medical ahead of his year-long loan switch back to Inter.
All being well, that deal should be officially confirmed soon.
Inter are set to pay €8m to take Lukaku back for the year and cover his huge salary in full, with his lawyer having arrived ahead of time to complete the necessary contract formalities.
“I’m really happy to be here,” Lukaku said.
Tottenham offer Bergwijn in Richarlison talks
Tottenham are pressing ahead with their move for Richarlison.
Spurs have targeted the Brazilian forward as an ideal attacking recruit as they next seek to further supplement a dazzling forward line already containing Harry Kane, Heung-min Son and Dejan Kulusevski following deals for Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster and Yves Bissouma.
Chairman Daniel Levy was spotted holding talks with Everton counterpart Bill Kenwright earlier this week, with the Daily Telegraph now reporting that Tottenham have offered wantaway Dutch winger Steven Bergwijn plus £20m for Richarlison.
However, that bid is said to have been rebuffed by the Toffees.

Chelsea target THREE Man City stars this summer

The Blues are poised to submit a formal bid for Raheem Sterling, while they have also been linked with re-signing defender Nathan Ake.

Chelsea close to £55m Raphinha deal
The big transfer news of the morning revolves around a familiar name in Raphinha.

But now the Blues look to have surprisingly stolen a march on their rivals, with The Athletic reporting that a fee north of £55m is close to being verbally agreed with Leeds.
Chelsea are now said to be in pole position for Raphinha, with his preferred next club, Barcelona, not currently in the financial position to be able to strike a deal.
ICYMI: Martinez eyed by Arsenal and Man United
Arsenal and Manchester United have been warned that Ajax are under no financial pressure to sell defender Lisandro Martinez this summer.
Both the Gunners and United are keen on Martinez, but Ajax are ready to play hardball over a player they value at around £45million.
After failing with an opening offer of around £26m, Arsenal remain in talks with Ajax over a possible deal.
Their latest proposal, worth approximately £34m, is currently being considered by the Dutch club.
ICYMI: Sterling high among Chelsea priorities
Thomas Tuchel has assured Raheem Sterling that he would be a key player at Stamford Bridge, as the England forward mulls over an approach from Chelsea.
Chelsea have opened talks with Manchester City over a deal for the 27-year-old and a formal bid is expected on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
Sterling, who has a year left on his £300,000-a-week contract at City, wants to be a key player and compete for major honours as he enters his peak years. Tuchel has assured him that will be the case at Chelsea.
Sterling is now considering his options but is keen on the idea of a return to London.
Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly is leading the talks with City, who are set to demand over £50million for Sterling.

Multiple outlets reporting tonight that Chelsea have agreed a fee in the region of £60million with Leeds for Raphinha.
The Brazil international is in talks with the Blues over personal terms amid interest from Arsenal, Tottenham and Barcelona.
The Catalans are said to be Raphinha’s preferred destination, yet their inability to afford him leaves a big decision in his hands: does he accept Chelsea, or hold out for Barcelona?
