West Ham vs Burnley: Premier League preview

est Ham are looking to maintain their recent unbeaten record when they host Burnley this weekend.

David Moyes has overseen four unbeaten games following a downturn in form during December, and a win on Saturday could see them close the gap on the top six.

Burnley, meanwhile, have won two of their past four to open up some breathing space with the relegation zone.

West Ham vs Burnley is scheduled for a 3pm GMT kick-off on Saturday, January 16, 2020.

The match will be held behind closed doors at London Stadium.

West Ham will assess Lukasz Fabianski ahead of the game, while young striker Ademipo Odubeko could feature from the bench with the club low on attacking options.

Michail Antonio will lead the line, supported by Jarrod Bowen, Said Benrahma and, likely, Pablo Fornals.

Prediction: West Ham 1-1 Burnley

West Ham look to have somewhat recovered from their festive wobble, while Burnley are made of stern stuff, as ever, despite a distinct lack of consistency this season.

Two teams who are difficult to beat and games involving Burnley are largely low-scoring affairs, so a draw seems most likely.
