Detective Chief Inspector Lee Boycott said: ‘Our deepest, heartfelt sympathies go to Frankie’s family and friends at this very difficult time.’

Last month, officers investigating the case arrested a man on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and a man and a woman on suspicion of perverting the course of justice, but they were later released and eliminated from the inquiry.
