A company boss has denied trying to kill his doctor brother and breaching an order barring him from attending the £1.5m family home.

Pierre Polychronis, 40, is accused of trying to murder Dr Andreas Polychronis, 50, in north London, on 30 January this year and two charges of breaching a restraining order.

Polychronis is being held on remand at HMP Pentonville and will be tried at Harrow Crown Court on a date to be fixed.

According to Companies House, Polychronis and his sibling ran a company together called Polychronis Cancer Services Limited.

Pierre Polychronis was listed as a director of the firm, but has since resigned and opened a new company called ‘It’s Your Face Aesthetics LTD’, which he controls.

He denies attempted murder, and two counts of breaching a restraining order.

According to the charges Polychronis turned up at the family home in New Barnet, while barred from doing so after the restraining order was imposed at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on 24 February 2020.

The second breach alleges he attended the house while drunk and unsupervised on 18 January 2021.
