Man, 22, who was bullied for being skinny now has shoulders DOUBLE the size of his waist

A fitness buff who was bullied for being ‘abnormally skinny’ has transformed his physique with an intense diet and exercise programme.   

Bonheur Ntwari, 22, from Melbourne, began his fitness journey on his 16th birthday and now works out six times a week and eats five times a day to maintain his muscular frame.

The personal trainer and social media influencer has built his upper body up so it is double the width of his 26in waist – and sends Instagram followers wild with topless shots showing off his toned abs.

He has amassed over 40,000 followers on his Instagram page with followers fawning over his broad shoulders - which are almost double the size of his waist at just 26 inches

‘Fitness has changed my life and I hope I can change people’s lives too by motivating them to start,’ Bonheur said. 

‘I went from getting bullied because I was abnormally skinny and now, I help thousands of people with their fitness journey. It’s never too late to start.’

Sharing his gruelling routine, Bonheur reveals he trains chest, shoulders and triceps on Monday and Friday, back and biceps on Tuesday and Saturday, and has ‘leg day’ on Wednesday and Sunday.

Bonheur also splits his workout sessions during the week by training different body parts in rotation.

He said: ‘I often get asked ‘how can I look like you?’. The short answer is train not hard but smart, and stay consistent.

‘Learn proper form to avoid injuries and longevity is everything, get your nutrition in check, get proper rest and everything else will follow.

‘My training split might be a little advanced for a beginner, which is why I always recommend to train about four times a week when you start, to allow proper recovery.’

Bonheur’s diet consists of wholesome and nutritious foods and he doesn’t like to complicate his meals, but rather sticks to the ‘basics’.

He said: ‘My daily meals typically consist of basic ‘boring food’ as people may call it but in my five years of experience, I’ve learnt simplicity works best.

‘I eat five times a day with meals consisting of oats, eggs, rice, beef, chicken, sweet potatoes and veggies and I also have one to two cheat meals a week where I enjoy a meal outside with my friends.

Bonheur added: ‘The whole idea behind the brand is to inspire everyone to be proud of what makes them different, what makes you different might be unusual but that should never make you feel less, alienage is to be proud of your own identity.

‘Alienage is a family; alienage is our way of life.

‘I am proud to say that every member of our brand has become and is family despite where they come from, religion, race or body type.

‘We are all from different countries, cultures and religions which truly makes us unique.’
