Marilyn Manson accuser says he drove her to suicide after 6 months of abuse

An artist has accused Marilyn Manson of tying her up, force feeding her drugs and depriving her of sleep her during a six-month romance between 2015 and 2016, when she was 22 and he was 46.

The woman gives her name only as Gabriella on social media. She is among the eight women who have now alleged abuse against Manson since Evan Rachel Wood, his former fiance, posted a statement on Instagram on Monday accusing him of ‘horrifically abusing’ her for years.

Manson issued a blanket denial on Monday night, calling the allegations ‘distortions of reality’ and insisting all of his relationships had been consensual.

He said: ‘Obviously, my life and my art have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality.

‘My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.’

Gabriella posted her allegations on Instagram at around the same time as Wood. She shared photographs of herself with Manson and texts she says he sent her to add validity to her story.

Her allegations are the most extreme and specific.

The artist, Gabriella, posted a lengthy statement on Instagram on Monday night along with photos of her and Manson from when she says they dated in 2015-2016

Gabriella also shared screenshots of texts she says Manson sent her within a week of their first meeting in California in October 2015

She says they met in October 2015 at a show. They dated for six months, she said, during which time she alleges he tied her up, force fed her drugs, deprived her of sleep and claimed he was a member of the MS-13 gang.

She claims that on Christmas Day 2015, he canceled plans with her last minute and that it left her so devastated she tried to kill herself.

‘I met Brian Warner, known as Marilyn Manson, backstage in October 2015. I was 22 and he was 46. The first thing that he ever said to me was that he was “going to bite me”.

‘We talked while the opening band played and after the show he invited me on his tour bus.

‘He immediately love bombed me – telling me tat he felt like he’d known me for years and I felt similarly. He offered me cocaine. He told me to take off all my clothes and take a shower in front of him.

‘He asked for my number as I was getting ready to leave and invited me to his show the following evening,’ she said in a statement.

She posted photos of the pair together which showed her before and after she claims he told her to dye her hair from pink to platinum, and of the texts she says he sent her including one where he told her loved her.

Gabriella said that the second time the pair met in 2015, they made a blood pact by cutting their hands with a broken wine glass in a hotel room. He invited her to go with him on tour to Europe, she said two weeks after they met, and she agreed.

Manson’s Hell Not Hallelujah tour in 2015 included dates in October in the US – when Gabriella says they met.

Throughout the month of November 2015, all of the shows were in Europe.

‘I do not have fond memories of this tour though as things had gone downhill quickly,’ she said.

Manson, in his statement on Monday night, said all of his intimate relationships have been consensual.

Gabriella goes on to allege that he plied her with drugs, once so many that she overdosed and woke up to paramedics shining a light in her eyes on Manson’s tour bus.

‘One night in London before he played, he would force me to take drugs with him and this time it was more than my body could handle. I woke up on the tour bus with paramedics shining a flashlight, slapping my face, while trying to make me throw up.

‘The paramedics wanted to take me to the hospital and he refused. The following morning, I woke up in an empty hotel room by myself. I had no memory of leaving the venue, getting on a tour bus and being carried to the hotel room. I was terrified.

‘He told me that he put me in a separate hotel room called the ‘bad girl room’ as punishment. I was alone in the room for 24 hours. All I had was the clothes on my back and my cell phone. He had my wallet, passport and luggage in his room,’ she said.

Evan Rachel Wood

Westworld star Wood, now 33, was engaged to Manson for eight months in 2010.

The pair went public with their relationship in 2007. She was 20 at the time.

She has in the past spoken about being abused, and testified before Congress in 2018 about being raped as part of a campaign to change domestic violence laws. She did not name her abuser at the time.

In her statement on Monday, she wrote: ‘The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson.  He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years.

‘I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail. I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives.

‘I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent.’

Ashley Walters

The photographer from Los Angeles said Manson contacted her on social media asking to collaborate and the pair then met up.

She started working as a personal assistant to the rocker and the pair become close, but then he started becoming violent, she says.

Walters claims  he would throw plates at her and even offered her up for sexual relationships with collaborators.

In her statement on Monday, she said: ‘I continue to suffer from PTSD, and struggle with depression. I stayed in touch with quite a few people who went through their own traumas, under his control.

‘As we all struggled, as survivors do, to get on with our lives, I’d keep hearing stories disturbingly similar to our own experiences. It became clear the abuse he’s caused; he continues to inflict on so many and I cannot stand by and let this happen to others. Brian Warner needs to be held accountable.’

Sarah McNeilly

Los Angeles-based model Sarah McNeilly said Manson ‘lured’ her in by acting loving but then turned violent.

She claims he threw her against a wall, threatened to bash her face in with a baseball bat, locked her in a room when she was ‘bad’ and verbally berated her for ‘hours’.

She said in her statement: ‘I have been afraid to bring any spotlight upon myself as to avoid winding up in his crosshairs again.

‘As a result of the way he treated me, I suffer from mental health issues and PTSD that have affected my personal and professional relationships, self-worth and personal goals.

‘I believe he gets off on ruining people’’s lives. I stand in support of all that have and all will come forward. I want to see Brian held accountable for his evil.’

Ashley Lindsay Morgan

The model was working in Thailand in 2009 when she met Manson through a mutual friend.

They started talking and texting for months and he flew her to Los Angeles.

She did not detail how long they spent together but alleged abuse and said he also asked her to bring him Nazi memorabilia from Asia, even though she is Jewish.

She says she also ‘wasn’t allowed to eat or sleep or leave’ his home.

Morgan said: ‘I have night terrors, PTSD, anxiety, and mostly crippling OCD.

‘I try to wash constantly to get him out or off of me. … I am coming forward so he will finally stop.’

Gabriella

Gabriella, an artist, said she met Manson in 2015 when she was 22 and he was 46 backstage at one of his shows.

Like the other alleged victims, she said the rocker was loving at first before turning violent.

Among her claims is that he forced her to take drugs with him and that they made a blood pact.

She said: ‘It has taken me five years to speak out and say that I was in an abusive relationship. I have been diagnosed with PTSD and still suffer from nightmares.

‘I blocked out a lot of the memories, but the feelings remain and manifest in various ways. The reason I’m finally sharing this traumatic experience is for my healing and because I’m done being silent.

‘I don’t believe it’s fair for someone to not be held accountable for their horrific actions. I’m not a victim. I’m a survivor.’

Gabriella goes on to allege various forms of verbal abuse, including him calling her ‘crazy’, ‘autistic’ and ridiculing her black relatives.

‘He would go through my phone and ask who I was texting. He would tell me to tun off my DM’s so that no one could message me. He destroyed my belongings. Many times I locked myself in a room while he was having episodes.

‘My friends would jokingly ask if I was allowed to leave the house. I watched him rotate through five assistants in the six months span of us dating,’ she said.

One disturbing allegation is that Manson deprived her of sleep. Other women have also accused him of playing loud music to stop them from sleeping while they were dating.

‘ One instance after I agreed to get matching tattoos. He was forcing drugs in my mouth while I was laying down in his home getting tattooed. Afterwards, I was exhausted and went upstairs to bed.

‘He turned the lights on, started throwing things and yelling at me. He was irate that I had fallen asleep and not watched him get tattooed.

‘It was easier to be controlled if I was sedated and tired,’ Gabriella wrote.

Christmas Day 2015 was when she claims he canceled their plans last minute.

‘On Christmas Day, he canceled plans with me and I was devastated. I felt betrayed and humiliated because I had sacrificed so many parts of myself to please him.

‘The jarring reality had finally consumed me and I tried to kill myself. I was 5150’d and spent Christmas in the hospital.

‘He would threaten me by saying that I should be scared of him. He would often brag about being affiliated with the MS13 gang,’ she said.

Eventually, she said she ended the relationship but that she was in a state of ‘shock’.

‘This relationship left me disoriented and shattered. I couldn’t put into words for the longest time exactly what happened to me. He gaslit me so much I began to gaslight myself,’ she said.

The other women who have accused Manson of abuse also posted on Instagram.

They made less detailed and specific references to sexual, mental and physical abuse.

They are Sarah McNeilly, a model based in L.A., Ashley Lindsay Morgan, a model who was working in Bangkok when she met Manson, and photographer Ashley Walters, who says she went on to work for Manson.

On Monday night, three additional women made their own allegations.

They are Torii Lynn, a woman who sells second hand goods on Etsy who claims she experienced abuse ‘first hand’, Scarlett Kapella, a model who says Manson ‘pursued her’ in 2011 when she was working as a model in Mexico City, and a woman giving her name as Brittany Leigh.

She said that she dated a ‘member of Marilyn Manson’ from 2011 to 2013 and that she ‘saw and heard’ things which made her label Manson an abuser.

A ninth woman – a stylist called Love Bailey – also made an allegation against him after claiming to have worked with him on a photo-shoot.

Wood reposted most of the women’s allegations on her own social media accounts and she shared a letter from California State Senator Susan Rubio to the California AG which demands a police investigation into the claims.

No allegation has been launched and Manson has never been arrested for any of the women’s allegations.

His current wife, Lindsay Usich, has not commented.

Rose McGowan, one of his former girlfriends, said in a statement that while he was never abusive to her, she ‘stands with’ the accusers on Monday.

Dita Von Teese – who he was married to – has not commented on the allegations, nor has she ever made any of her own in the past.

Manson has now been dropped by his record label, Loma Vista, and he will no longer appear on Starz’s American Gods or Creepshow, a horror show on Shudder.
