This is the moment two dogs joined forces and found a novel way for one of them to jump over a safety gate.

Jessica Fetterly was at her mother’s home in Brick Township, New Jersey, on May 9 when she decided to find out how the dogs, Harley and Quinn, were getting past the gate.

The family had fitted a baby gate in the hallway of their home to prevent the dogs from having the run of the entire house.

However, when Harley, the older dog walked up to the side of the gate, Quinn, a three-month-old puppy, was able to jump on the older dog’s back and over the gate.

Fetterly uploaded the video on TikTok on May 9.

She wrote: ‘So my parents have been trying to figure out how the puppy has been getting past the gate.’

She described Quinn’s action as Parkour, a poplar activity also known as free running.
