An unhealthy food product is concealed within a sea of fruits in this mindboggling brainteaser – but can you find it before the timer ends? 

The fun themed puzzle comes after a recent study from SunLife found that 81 per cent of Britons do not get the recommended five portions of fruit and vegetables every day.

The study also revealed that one in four UK adults have not adapted their to be healthier as they’ve got older. 

In comparison, Japan, Sweden and Greece were found to have the healthiest diets in the world. 

The tricky brainteaser has drawn inspiration from some of the world’s healthiest lifestyles, such as the Mediterranean diet, which consists of high consumption of fruits and vegetables, promoting longevity and a balanced approach to nutrients.   

In the image, a busy scene displays rows of vitamin bursting fruits, such as banana, kiwi, apple, passionfruit, melon, mango and a variety of berries. 

However, a less healthy outlier is concealed within the sea of thirst quenching produce. 

Most of the fruit are of a yellow shade, which adds a layer of difficulty to the puzzle.

As the 2024 Summer Olympics kicked off in Paris last month, a challenging optical illusion inspired by the Games has left even the keenest puzzlers scratching their heads.

The sports-themed brainteaser, created by ticket comparison platform Ticket-compare.com, celebrates the global talent that was on display at this year’s Olympic Games.

In the image, a chaotic scene depicts dozens of athletes from various sports, including football, gymnastics, ballet, boxing, baseball, tennis, and running.

However, four archers are very cleverly concealed among the sportspeople in the busy image.

It comes after a mindboggling puzzle challenged people to spot the pink ring on a playground floor in what is a fiendishly difficult brainteaser. 

The optical illusion was posted to the Reddit thread Find The Sniper, and requires you to look for a pink children’s ring hidden in on a playground floor. 

Not only does the shade of tarmac in the picture make this puzzle tough to solve, but the ring complicates matters further by being exceptionally small.

With both of those factors to contend with, have another look to see if you can locate the ring before a clue is revealed below.

Cast your eyes just off the centre of the picture to the bottom left and you should be able to locate the ring.
