A mum has revealed her simple hack for getting perfectly dry dishes from the dishwasher every time.
The mum, who has 120k followers on Instagram, puts a clean tea towel on the door before closing it.
Posting on her ‘The organised housewife’ account, she explained she does this after the cleaning cycle has been completed to help soak up the moisture.

‘Awesome tip to help remove moisture from your dishwasher,’ she wrote on the video.
And the easy to follow hack quickly went viral.
‘This is what I do too, it is a great hack,’ one woman exclaimed.
‘This has just blown my mind,’ wrote another.
‘Awesome hack I am going to see if it works tonight,’ said another.
Some mums liked the trick for more than one reason.
‘Also a good sign it is a clean load that needs to be unpacked… wonder if my kids will get the message,’ one laughed.
More than 800 people liked the hack in less than 12 hours.

But not everyone was impressed. One mum said she should just ‘open the door’ to let the steam out.
‘Mine dries fine with the blue rinse stuff and if I have any cups that hold water upside down I just take it off and leave the door for half hour,’ she said.
Another woman explained that her dishes are always dry when the load finishes so she just puts them away and leaves the dishwasher open.
