Terrifying moment lorry swerves towards cars on two wheels before crashing onto its side after driver falls asleep on a Malaysian expressway

A Malaysian truck driver who fell asleep and flipped his lorry was arrested by police on suspicion of taking methamphetamine.
Footage of the dramatic crash was captured on the camera of a motorbike which was following a short distance behind the truck.
In a matter of moments, the truck swerves violently to the left and to the right before toppling over and sliding across the tarmac.

The crash happened on the New Klang Valley Expressway in the Klang Valley area of Malaysia

The truck even clipped one other motorcyclist during the incident. Amazingly, that rider managed to escape without suffering major injury.
Malaysian police confirmed the crash happened on the New Klang Valley Expressway in the Klang Valley region on the morning of Thursday, September 23.
The 33-year-old truck driver is believed to have fallen asleep and is reported to have tested positive for methamphetamine.
More than 100,000 people have viewed the footage online which was uploaded by Bakti Kebokta to his Facebook page.
The trucker was arrested at the scene and later failed a urine test and was remanded into custody.
The motorcyclist who recorded the footage braked heavily and pulled over to the left hand side of the carriageway.
Kebokta later wrote on Facebook: ‘Allah still loves me and gave me another chance.
‘It felt like my heart was yanked out while pressing on the brakes of my motorcycle.’
He added: ‘Be careful while on the road, everyone.’
