Thor: Love and Thunder: Inside production at Sydney’s Fox Studios

Chris Hemsworth was spotted jetting into Sydney on Wednesday, ahead of filming the new Marvel blockbuster Thor: Love and Thunder.

And Daily Mail Australia has obtained aerial photographs that reveal the full extent of the production, and it seems no expense has been spared.

Images of the set at Sydney’s Fox Studios reveal two large sound stages ready for filming, as well as an array of trailers for the cast and crew.

A number of cars were also spotted in the vicinity, no doubt for staffers ready to get to work on the film.

Chris, who plays the hammer-wielding Norse god Thor in the Marvel franchise, jetted from his home in Byron Bay to Sydney on Wednesday ahead of filming.

The 37-year-old actor was pictured in a white T-shirt as he disembarked a private jet.

Blockbuster: In April, Chris spoke about Thor: Love and Thunder, telling the Philadelphia Inquirer it was one of the ‘best scripts’ he has read in years

Chris looked large and in charge as he spoke to the two men while flagged by his friend and personal trainer Luke Zocchi.

In April last year, Chris told the Philadelphia Inquirer that Thor: Love and Thunder was one of the ‘best scripts’ he’d read in years. 

‘It’s Taika [Waititi, the writer and director] at his most extreme, and at his best. If the version I read is the one we get running with, it’s going to be pretty insane,’ he said.
