The press secretary appeared on The View last month on the heels of voting rights legislation failing in the U.S. Senate, doomed by a Republican filibuster and moderate Democrats refusing to change the filibuster rules to get the bills through.

‘So my advice to everyone out there who’s frustrated, sad, angry, pissed off – feel these emotions, go to a kickboxing class, have a margarita, do whatever you need to do this weekend and then wake up on Monday morning, we’ve got to keep fighting,’ Psaki advised.
DeSantis’ margarita quip comes after inflation hit a 40-year high earlier this month.
‘The Biden-Fauci Admin. thinks a margarita will solve all the problems they’ve created for the American people’ the governor tweeted sharing the video. ‘Well, you can have a margarita, but it will not cure Bidenflation, which is causing massive increases in prices across the board for Americans,’ he added.
Consumer demand and damaged supply chains due to the COVID-19 pandemic have driven prices up.

DeSantis is speaking on Thursday – but headlining the conference will be former President Donald Trump, whose first outing in 2021 was also to CPAC.
Trump’s speaking slot is primetime Saturday night.
