DailyMail.com reached out to PK’s attorney, Alan Jackson, who confirmed: ‘PK was arrested and cited on November 23 on suspicion of DUI. While out with a business colleague, PK consumed a glass of wine with dinner.
‘Following a traffic stop, it was determined that he may have been close to the legal limit. He regrets the fact he did not take alternate transportation home that evening.
‘PK takes the allegations extremely seriously and fully cooperated with the authorities. This would mark the first and only such incident in PK’s long driving history. He has learned a valuable lesson.’
The English property developer and reality TV star and his family have been in the news since his wife Dorit was robbed at gunpoint in the family home during a violent home invasion while their two children slept.
PK was in London when the robbery happened. His wife Dorit had just returned from the British capital after attending a wedding there with PK. Three men broke into the residence just before 11 pm in October while she was asleep, a source close to Kemsley told DailyMail.com.
Kemsley had only just returned from a trip to London, where she attended her nephew’s wedding alongside her husband.
The unknown intruders entered the home around 10.50pm by smashing through the children’s classroom door.

Two of the suspects walked into Kemsley’s bedroom while she was sleeping. She woke to them standing at the end of her bed.
They grabbed her as as she begged: ‘Don’t hurt my babies. Don’t kill me. I’m a mother.’
To which one of the men responded: ‘Kill her.’
The intruders proceeded to ransack the house for about 20 minutes, stealing all of Kemsley’s jewelry and handbags.
They did not enter the bedrooms belonging to her children and no one was injured during the incident.
After the intruders left, Kemsley contacted police and her husband. No arrest have been made in connection to the crime.
The Kemsley robbery was one of many Los Angeles robberies targeting handbags and expensive jewelry.
LAPD Capt. Jonathan Tippet, who runs the Robbery Homicide Division, said officers believe multiple robbery crews are behind the series of crimes targeting affluent areas.
The community alert warned of the ‘ongoing crime trend’ where suspects have been followed from places like Melrose Avenue, the Jewelry District, nightclubs, and high-end restaurants and chosen based on their vehicle. The robbers have been targeting expensive jewelry and purses, and are armed.
