Plastic surgeons reveal the new ‘top up’ procedures they believe Ivanka Trump has had after appearing ‘too perfect’ in recent snaps

Ivanka Trump has stoked more plastic surgery speculation after a series of recent social media snaps.

Plastic surgeons told DailyMail.com the former first daughter looked almost ‘too perfect’ in photos shared to Instagram.

The 42-year-old has has never admitted to any aesthetic enhancements, but that has not stopped rumors from swirling over the years.

Dr Benjamin Caughlin, a plastic surgeon based in Chicago, highlighted a mirror selfie Ivanka shared this month from Paris in which she appears in a matching lilac set and a pouty expression.

Her chin and jawline appear more defined than ever, likely with the help of fillers, according to Dr Caughlin.

Dr Caughlin said: ‘Volume in the right spots can really make a difference.

‘You can widen the mandible laterally. You can also lengthen it posteriorly. You can make the body of the mandible and the body of the jaw a little bit longer.

‘It can be really slenderizing, particularly in females.’

In another picture posted in July, Ivanka showed off her streamlined profile while wearing a yellow dress.

In it, she shows off her ski-slope nose.

Dr Darrick Antell, a Manhattan-based plastic surgeon, said: ‘The tip of her nose appears to be more projected and refined, but this could have been achieved with non-surgical rhinoplasty with filler. She likely had it done to add balance to the rest of her features.’

Experts have suggested Ivanka has underwent a rhinoplasty, commonly referred to as a nose job, possibly more than once, streamlining her profile.

Dr Joel Kopelman, a New York City-based facial plastic surgeon, said: ‘In some cases, achieving a highly refined nasal shape, like the “ski slope” appearance, may require more than one procedure.

‘The initial rhinoplasty could address structural issues or the overall size of the nose, while a secondary (revision) rhinoplasty might be performed to further refine the tip or adjust the nasal bridge.’

Ivanka’s chin has also been the subject of public scrutiny since her November 2023 appearance at her father’s fraud trial in New York City.

While her 2020 chin was smaller and appeared more tucked into her face, the chin of 2023 and 2024 is more pronounced.

To augment the chin, doctors cut into the skin around the chin bone and stretch it to create a pocket where they can insert an implant, making the chin longer and more pronounced.

Meanwhile, Dr Kopelman told DailyMail.com that her jaw appears wider in certain photos going back to the spring.

‘I would speculate that she may have had masseter Botox… typically used to slim the face, but it can cause a temporary widening effect while the muscle is adjusting.’

Masseter Botox is injected in the masseter muscles located at the back of the jaw on either side of the face.

By reducing the size of these muscles and restricting their movement, this type of injection can create a slimmer-looking, more contoured jawline.

In addition to well-placed cheek fillers, surgeons posited that she has also had filler added to her jawline to give it a more chiseled appearance

‘Another possibility is the use of chin or jaw implants, which can enhance the structure of the lower face and give that more angular look,’ Dr Kopelman added.

‘I see patients requesting this more frequently now to achieve that sharper, more contoured jawline.’

Dr Antell added: ‘She also had significant volume added to her chin and her lips enhanced with filler.’

The power of well-placed filler – an injected substance that adds volume to the face in order to smooth out wrinkles and contour certain features – cannot be overstated, according to Dr Caughlin.

In addition to making a person look younger, filler can also reduce signs of tiredness, plump the cheeks, and reshape the lips.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Ivanka’s team for comment.

Dr Steven Fallek, a plastic surgeon in New York and Medical Advisor to Maskad Skincare, added that her cheeks appear fuller than before in her photos from Paris, which is especially noticeable on the sides of her face toward the outer edges.

Dr Kopelman added: Looking at the example [her latest post], I would say that she likely has received cheek fillers.

‘Her cheeks do appear fuller than in past photos, and this fuller appearance is often the result of well-placed fillers. It’s a subtle way to refresh the face without surgery, and it’s something I frequently recommend for patients looking to enhance their natural structure.’

And Dr Caughlin said: ‘Does it appear she has received additional filler in her cheeks? I think this might be a good example as well. Likely the upper outer cheeks. Many people do really well with a bit of volume there. it’s the perfect peak and valley.’

A combination of Botox, laser treatments, and masterful photo editing also likely played leading roles in achieving her flawless complexion.

Dr Caughlin said: ‘Her frozen face? One hundred percent neurotoxin.

‘Now, that’s actually the goal – to stop movement and prevent wrinkles. But if you overdo it you’re in unnatural territory. Looks great on TV, but in person? I’m sure it’s a bit odd when she tries to express herself.’

Laser treatments, meanwhile, are tried-and-loved ways to improve the color and texture of skin without going under the knife.

Plastic surgeons projected that she likely underwent one of two different types of laser treatment: fractional lasers or IPL.

Fractional lasers penetrate the skin and create damage there, which kickstarts the body’s natural natural healing process which improves texture and wrinkles.

IPL targets pigmentation in the skin including age and sun spots, and stimulates collagen produced to reduce fine lines.

Dr Kopelman said that, in the latest photos, ‘her flawless skin is likely a combination of Botox, lasers, and possibly a bit of photo editing for an extra polished look. I often see my patients use all three together to create that perfect finish.’
